Ravioli Bake

Let me start off by saying I WISH that I had gotten a picture of this in the casserole dish.  It was so pretty.  The cheese just had that beautiful bubbly look and the sauce was perfectly distributed.  But you will just have to imagine that.  Because I didn’t think about getting the picture until after I’d already scooped it onto the plate.  Oops.

Anyways, this is one of the easiest and most delicious meals ever.  Just boil some ravioli, cover with pasta sauce and cheese, and bake.  It’s that simple.  It has that delightful “comfort food” quality that just makes you want to make it again and again.  My sweet husband Blake is actually sick right now, so I thought some comfort food would do him good.  Too bad he said he couldn’t taste it.  He missed out.  ’Cuz it was ssssooo good.

I typically avoid vegetarian meals because I just feel like a meal is incomplete without some hearty meat in it.  But trust me, you will not miss the meat in this dish!  It is definitely filling.  And, believe it or not, this is a weight watchers recipe!
