Doesn’t that meat just look delicious?! This company-worthy meal looks too good to be so simple. Believe it or not, this recipe requires only 5 ingredients and about half an hour. If you’re having family over for lunch on Easter, this would be a great dish to serve your guests! It’s simple enough for you to not have to worry about it while you focus more on your deviled eggs and casseroles :-).
I really enjoyed this tenderloin. It was tender and juicy, and the honey butter made a tasty glaze for the meat. I do, however, wish that the cajun seasoning and pepper could have come through in the flavor more. I actually don’t like spicy foods, so it’s not that I wanted it to be spicy. It’s just that I couldn’t really taste the seasonings much at all. I think I’d add a bit more next time. The recipe below is the original one, and you can choose to keep it the same or add more if you like!
